This workshop was designed by Waterford City Transition Year Students who took 
part in the 2021-2022 Waterford Global Schools Programme. Waterford Global Schools, now in its 
20th year, brings together TY students from participating schools for a peer teaching and learning 
programme that focuses on a different global citizenship education topic each year. This year we 
focused on our Hidden Water Footprint.

We recommend showing the video and then pausing and carrying out the activities with your students 
but feel free to adapt this to your needs in whatever way suits. We would love to hear from you so if
